Event data for reporting a seek to a particular time in a media presentation.

If the WSB_Player_EventType for the event passed to the listener is WSB_PLAYER_EVENT_TYPE_STREAM_TIMECODE_NOTIFICATION, then the WSB_Player_Event pointer passed to the listener should be cast to WSB_Player_StreamTimeCodeNotificationEvent.
