Event data for reporting a volume change.

If the WSB_Player_EventType for the event passed to the listener is WSB_PLAYER_EVENT_TYPE_VOLUME_NOTIFICATION, then the WSB_Player_Event pointer passed to the listener should be cast to WSB_Player_VolumeNotificationEvent.
